At Confident Kidz, I believe in being open and transparent about my fees. My pricing aligns with the 2024–2025 NDIS Pricing Guidelines and reflects the time, preparation, and professional care that goes into each appointment.

Appointment Costs

Session lengths vary depending on your child’s needs and will be discussed and confirmed during the initial appointment. Session durations are available in 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

• Initial Set-Up Appointment (60 mins): $193.99

• Ongoing Therapy Sessions: Starting from $145.00

Each session includes an additional 15-minute fee for administration and case note writing. Please contact me for a detailed breakdown of fees based on your child’s support needs.

Payments

• Invoices are emailed within 24 hours after your child’s appointment—payment is not required at the time of service.

• Payment methods: Direct deposit or cash only.

• Payment terms: Due within 7 business days of the invoice date.

Home & Community Sessions

I offer sessions in your home, child’s school or childcare centre. Sessions at your child’s school or early education setting can be arranged with appropriate consent, though please note that not all settings permit therapy to take place on-site. These appointments include travel within the Bundaberg region, including:

• Bargara

• Coral Cove

• Burnett Heads

• Elliott Heads

Please note: I’m currently unable to offer travel outside these areas.

NDIS Participants

I provide services to children aged 3–13 years with Plan Managed or Self-Managed NDIS funding. Please reach out if you’d like to know more about how this works.

Assessments & Reports

I offer comprehensive functional progress reports and psychosocial reports that detail your child’s development across areas such as:

• Social and emotional skills

• Cognitive functioning

• Self-care and behaviour

These reports include tailored recommendations for ongoing support and intervention.

• Report Fee: $193.99 per hour (maximum of 2 hours)

• Reports must be paid in full prior to release.

Group Programs

• Payment for group programs is required in full, one week prior to the program start date.

• Unfortunately, no refunds can be given once the group has commenced.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% of the session fee will apply.

• If no cancellation notice is received on two occasions, the full fee will be charged for all future missed appointments.
